AB&R®’s goal is to provide you with an efficient operation that maximizes ROI. Our solution process ensures we keep this promise for every customer.
The experience and knowledge we’ve gained over the past 40+ years helped us define this process with the understanding that each business has unique needs and challenges. Solving specific challenges to improve your business’s overall productivity is what we do best.
Here’s how we do it.
Phase I: Solution Design
During this phase, our experts will perform an in-depth discovery to learn about your needs and conduct a professional technical assessment. We will also visit your site, where our engineers will test various hardware and tags/labels to identify those that will provide you with your desired outcome. Upon completion of the site survey, we will develop and deliver a comprehensive Solution Design Specification document that details our recommendations for the best products and services that address your specific requirements.
Once our SDS is approved, we move to Phase II.
Phase II: Solution Implementation
During this phase, our team will acquire the agreed-upon equipment, software, supplies and services in your SDS. Once acquired, our team installs, configures and calibrates the equipment to ensure it works to your expectations.
After installation, we will train your workers and wait for your approval of your new system. We want to ensure you are happy with the performance and quality of your solution.
Once the solution is approved, we will move onto our ongoing phase: Customer Experience.
Customer Experience: Ongoing
After we implement the solution, AB&R will keep an open line of communication with you, requesting feedback on your experience so we can further improve it. We will also hold quarterly business meetings to discuss progress, success, and outstanding issues that need to be addressed. This is to maximize your ROI.
AB&R® provides future follow up strategies to validate the performance of the solution and evaluation of ROI.
